In 2004, Assured Title Agency branched off from a real estate law firm founded in 1975. Assured is owned by attorneys having a combined 48 years of experience in the real estate industry. From the beginning, Assured has treated its customers with the same diligence, courtesy and respect that its founders expect when they close a personal real estate transaction: above and beyond service, a feeling of warmth and personal connection, and a drive to not only close the transaction, but to also meet the customers most unexpressed wishes.
Today, Assured Title closes each kind of real estate transaction, from residential to refinance, from builder to short-sales, and from REO/foreclosures to commercial, providing title insurance in all 64 Colorado counties. From it’s humble start Assured Title has grown into a substantial industry participant while steadfastly maintaining its small business roots.
