Job Title: Commercial Title Assistant
Job Type: Full time (Entry-Level) 

The Commercial Title Assistant provides support to Commercial Title Officer, by assisting with administrative duties relating to title. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain professional relationship with internal and external customer.
  • Scan and file documents appropriately
  • Assist in maintain an organized Outlook inbox.
  • Assist with communications back and forth between customers.
  • Assist with conducting title searches via SKLD.
  • Maintain tracking sheet on issued policies.
  • Link title commitments. 

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Team player with closing teams and upper management.
  • Excellent communicator and patience.
  • Identify areas for improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned by department manager and/or upper management. 


  • College degree, interest in commercial real estate.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive customer relationships.
  • Able to follow all company procedures and policies including meeting the company customer service expectations.
  • Real Estate knowledge is a plus.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Proficient with Internet navigation
